Director of Finance

Shuster Management LLC seeks Director of Finance to provide strategic leadership, planning and oversight of financial resources.

Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, implement, manage and control all financial activities regarding company's real estate investments, assets, contracting activities and property management.
• Supervise all accounting, financial forecasting, strategic planning, create budgets, job costing, deal analysis (including negotiations), investor relationships, partnership compliance and institutional financing. Plan long term budgets and cost management.
• Manage all financial aspects of investment or deal related activity, including performing due diligence and raising capital.
• Oversee deal budgeting process and optimization of portfolio returns.
• Evaluate strategic financial objectives. Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive real estate investment and development cost system.
• Coordinate with lenders and investors in debt and equity offerings. Prepare financial reports to investors and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Manage financial forecasting, budgets and report to management.
• Establish strategy and funding mechanisms for acquisitions.
• Evaluate and advise of financial impact of acquisitions, divestitures, new programs and funding activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Master degree in Business (MBA)
